"These guys are awesome! We were camping up in Parksville when the hub assembly on our Boler completely fell to pieces. We were helpless and had to leave our campsite by 11:00 am. I called Hub City and they were amazing. Mark, the owner, actually drove out to our campsite with the parts and tools and fixed the hub right there on the spot. He trusted us to meet him back at the shop for payment; and the price was about half of what I expected. These guys went over and above and didn’t overcharge when they really could have. "The leaf spring on our camp trailer broke in two getting off the ferry into Nanaimo. I was already pulling out the sockets and duct tape when my wife finds Hub City 8 minutes away. We thought not a chance they have the stuff, but they said “if we don’t have it, we’ll make it!”. I’m not joking when i tell you we were in and out of the shop inside of 1 hour with brand new leafs on both sides, better than the originals. We made our next ferry! Not only did we get the best mechanic service i’ve ever had, they gave my 8 and 10 year old daughters a tour of the entire shop and explained how everything works while we waited. What an absolute gem of a family and business. Warm, highly skilled, family-minded and FAST! The City of Nanaimo should give these guys an award. It was an absolute pleasure doing business."
